SOBBA's dynamic management team includes the following members

 

• Santos .A. Conteh, M.B.A- Principal Partner & Managing Director- is a former banking executive with over 40 years experience in project, business and financial management (locally and internationally) including initiating, evaluating, monitoring and managing numerous agricultural projects throughout his career. He is responsible for managing the daily operational services of the company including company resources, the implementation of the company strategy, and projects.  SOBBA MD is also a director on the board for the newly incorporated APEX bank in Sierra Leone which is an umbrella bank for all community and agricultural development banks under the sponsorship of International Fund For Agricultural Development (IFAD). 

• Alusine Edward Samura (PH.d) -Project coordinator/Cassava technologist - A doctoral graduate with specialization on cassava pathology is a member or the Sierra Leone Agricultural Research Institute (SLARI), and the Institute of Agricultural Research (IAR). Mr. Samura is the current project coordinator of SOBBA initiative. Mr. Samara’s extensive agricultural experience (both practical and research) has being very vital to the success of SOBBA’s current undertakings.

• Sambee Amadu Conteh, LL.b (esq) Barrister of the Law - The company secretary charged with handling all company adminatrative and legal matters.

• Edward Kalokoh, (Field Supervisor) Diploma in Agriculture, -A seed technologist with monitoring and evaluation experience oversees the daily field operations of SOBBA's seed multiplication processes

• Joseph S Conteh, MBA, MPM- (Finance and administration Officer) – is a finance professional with over 15 years of business development in charged with the administration and financial aspect of the business. He is also is charged with project management responsibilities of the company.

• Mohamed S Kamara, BA, (Sales and Marketing Manager)  Marketing Manager- A partner and former civil servant with a wealth of experience in farming and agricultural growth initiatives. He was also the director of the SABABU project

• Alfred Massaquoi - (Kasiri community Farm Manager/community coordinator) - A partner with over 25 years of experience in managing small and medium scale farming operations. He is the facilitaro of the TAMEMSU Farmer Based Organization

• Ansumana Mansaray - Khumalo, Blama Mayemi Farm manager)- coordinates and oversee activites at the Khumalo location.

• Jacob A R Conteh - (NAYCOS Executive Director)- is a section Chief with vast knowledge in agricultural development.
